			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well here I go again Today was my First day back on track after I feel off the wagon a few months ago. So far Ive stuck to my calorie Goal and im Planing on starting back with my workout DVD&#8217;s tomorrow. Im trying to stay around 1200-1300 cal&#8217;s and I want to do my Jillian DVD&#8217;S 5-6 times a week. Im also gonna join a local challenge Called Team Lean threw the YMCA monday so hopefully ill get some support and motivation from them. I have 112 pounds to lose I know its gonna be a long hard Road But it will be so worth it in the end I just have to stay focused and motivated and stick to my plan. Im So thankful for all of your support Im still working for a Divorce ill keep you guys posted Thanks again and Have a Great week

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have finally gotten my desktop fixed the laptop is still in the shop. but My world has imploded on me this new year . I found out on new years that my husband has been sleeping with my best friend, and his 16 year old cousin ( by marriage but still ) and has been lying to my face for at least a year now. I have no family of my own my parents both past when i was 18. and My mother in law HATES ME i don&#8217;t know why i haven&#8217;t been able to figure it out in the past 7 years but she just cant stand me she even came to my house telling me how big a bitch I am and how awful I am cause she thought that me and the girl he had been sleeping with (Nicole my ex best friend of 18 years) had made all this up that we were working together to make her little boy look bad. lol yeah. anyway he says he later told her the truth that he did it all on his own . of course its my fault still cause i wasn&#8217;t giving him enough attention&#8230;&#8230;  anyway i called the cops cause my mother in law wouldn&#8217;t leave and she was saying all this crap in front of my kids so yeah i called the law and now she is even more mad cause i called the cops on her so she really hates me now&#8230; Ive called a lawyer its gonna be $1500 to get a divorce and if i don&#8217;t come up with the money and take it to the lawyer then Dan (my husband) will be able to take the kids and hall ass when i tell him i want a divorce and I know his mom will help him do anything to help him hurt me and there is nothing i can do to protect myself except get the lawyer which I cant afford I make like $300 every two weeks and every dime goes to bills . So I&#8217;m stuck bidding time till i find a way to get the money for a divorce and in the mean time everyone in his family hates me for calling the cops on his mom. even though he cheated and he lied I&#8217;m the bad guy and its my fault. go figure. and way I just needed to get this all off my chest.  on a lighter note I plan on restarting my diet tomorrow I&#8217;m at 251.2 right now so down 1 pound from the last time i weighed in ( like a month ago Ive been slacking)  I hope everyone else&#8217;s New Year was better than mine. have a good week guys

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey I just wanted to check in and update everyone,let you know I havent forgoten about you guys. I have been really busy lately we are sooo behind on bills so ive been working all the overtime I can, Plus Ive been sick for a little while and just havnt felt like doing anything in the time I am home. plus I have been having a lot of problems with my husband and thats a long sorted story for another time lol. I have lost my focas these last few week and im working on getting back on track. I gained 2 pounds last week and I havent weighed in yet this week im being a big chicken lol im scared to find out how bad ive messed up. but I am going to get back on  track Im going back to watching what I eat to day and im going to start back on my work out tomorrow hopefully if im feeling better. well I hope everyone else is doing great , and I plan on getting on to catch up on everyones blogs later this week. <p>So in short I could have eaten better and exercised more. I think Ive hit my workout wall, Im just not interisted in it anymore And with 2 jobs and 3 kids my options are slim. I dont have the $ for a gym so ive been doing dvd&#8217;s at home and im also gonna try to start walking around the block with the kids as well, Im not sure how thats gonna work out cause Im not going to be able to push myself like I need to doing that cause Im going to have to go slow for the kids and not go as far cause of the kids but I dont have ANY time when im not eather with the kids or working so these are the only options I can come up with. I think If I can push my self threw this week, get up and make sure I get my workout in for this week. I think ill be better next week. Ive just been so spaced with working and kids and all the bullshit with my stupid redneck husband ( but thats a whole nother story) so hopefully I can get my mind back in focus soon. I also wanna say thanks to everyone fo the supportive comments and im sorry I havent been keeping up with the blogs but tue&#8217;s and wed&#8217;s are my days off so hopefully I can catch up then.</p>

I only had 1 peice (not a big one either) and I figured it in to my Cal&#8217;s after dinner and all im at 1228 cal&#8217;s including the cake so im still ok right? I still have 4 hours before bed and a little over 200 cal&#8217;s to spare. I can handel that Im just going to have to make sure I put my all into my work out tomorrow and maybe walk around the block a few times tonight. Hopefully I havent Messed myself up to bad.  </p>
