Starting week 3
Well I lost 1 pound with week two , I wish it had been more but I am glad im still going down and not up.
Here are how many cal’s I had eatch day for my records I want to be able to compare eatch week.
mon 10/5=1400
tue 10/6=1848
wed 10/7=1495
thu 10/8=2199
fri 10/9=1315
sat 10/10=1600
sun 10/11=1720
And I did my work out Mon,Tue,Wed, Sat
So in short I could have eaten better and exercised more. I think Ive hit my workout wall, Im just not interisted in it anymore And with 2 jobs and 3 kids my options are slim. I dont have the $ for a gym so ive been doing dvd’s at home and im also gonna try to start walking around the block with the kids as well, Im not sure how thats gonna work out cause Im not going to be able to push myself like I need to doing that cause Im going to have to go slow for the kids and not go as far cause of the kids but I dont have ANY time when im not eather with the kids or working so these are the only options I can come up with. I think If I can push my self threw this week, get up and make sure I get my workout in for this week. I think ill be better next week. Ive just been so spaced with working and kids and all the bullshit with my stupid redneck husband ( but thats a whole nother story) so hopefully I can get my mind back in focus soon. I also wanna say thanks to everyone fo the supportive comments and im sorry I havent been keeping up with the blogs but tue’s and wed’s are my days off so hopefully I can catch up then.
